All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive for accurate stock counts, but discrepancies may arise. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding backordered items. You can choose to wait for restocking or request a refund
2. Shipping Costs & Payment
Shipping costs are calculated based on the payment method and destination selected during checkout.
- Domestic Orders (India):
- Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping charge of Rs. 100 applies to all COD orders.
- International Orders:
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Prepaid Payments Only: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for international shipments.
3. Product Representation & Disclaimer
We take great care to ensure that the products delivered match the images displayed on our website.
- Product Accuracy: The product will be sent exactly as shown in the pictures. The core design and color base will not change.
- Lighting Variations: Please note that due to professional photography lighting or your screen's resolution, there might be a slight difference in the shade of the color.
- Handloom Uniqueness: Minor irregularities in weave or print are characteristic of handloom products and are not considered defects.
